NOMINATED FOR DUO OF THE YEAR AT THE 2025 ACM AWARDS
Today, Brothers Osborne share their new single “Finish This Drink,” the band’s first new music since the release of their Break Mine EP. “Finish This Drink” is self-produced by TJ and John Osborne and previews forthcoming music from the duo. TJ Osborne of the band shares, “when my brother and I were little our dad would always say that he would leave as soon as he finished his drink only to be there for the rest of the night. Fast-forward to a few years ago, I was grabbing a “couple drinks” with Jaren Johnston (of The Cadillac Three) when a couple drinks turned into getting back home at 4 AM, and then I thought, well the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. A few mornings later, I’m having breakfast by myself at Waffle House and I just started singing the chorus to myself and I had to go into the bathroom to record the idea so I wouldn’t forget it.” Listen to “Finish This Drink” here.
Brothers Osborne’s Break Mine EP is out now and includes their Grammy nominated song “Break Mine.” The four song EP follows their GRAMMY- nominated 2023 self-titled album, Brothers Osborne which is out now via EMI Records Nashville. Brothers Osborne is available on all formats here.
The band has tour dates throughout 2025, including a performance at Stagecoach Festival in April. Tickets for all dates is available here.
Brothers Osborne were recently nominated for “Duo of the Year” at this year’s Academy of Country Music (ACM) awards on May 8th for the 11th year in a row. The duo has won four times in that category and have collected seven ACM trophies in total.
Brothers Osborne are one of music’s most consistently adventurous bands, a duo connected by not just blood, but also a lifetime of performing together, and a shared working class upbringing in Deale, Maryland. The reigning CMA and ACM Duo of the Year winners are leaders of a progressive and still classic school of country music, and the faces of the new generation of Nashville.
