How memberships work

Your Family Membership is automatically renewed annually from the purchase date. If you ordered a Premium membership, which contains physical products,  the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each after successful renewal and when products become available.

For example, if you purchased an annual subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each year on the initial date of purchase and you will get the membership products shipped to the address on your order, without the need to place the order by yourself!


Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a membership any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. 

The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions through your account page when you login to the website.

Membership Benefits

The Family digital or premium memberships include benefits such as access to ticket presales, exclusive content and more. Premium members get access for a chance to win Meet & Greets at select concerts and events when the Brothers Osborne are on tour. Your ticket presale codes can be found on your customer account page when you login.

Q: How do I join The Family?

A. Join The Family, Brothers Osborne’s Official fan club by visiting this JOIN page. Members have access to exclusive benefits including access to pre-sale ticket codes, contests, and more!

How soon after joining The Family will I have access to membership benefits?

A. Once you've joined The Family, you will have immediate access to ALL benefits.  Log in to the site and any exclusive benefits will automatically display on the pages.  As a member of The Family, your pre-sale code will be displayed on your account profile page when you are logged in. You will also receive an email following your purchase of a membership that includes your ticket presale code.

Premium and Digital Memberships: 
You will receive 10% off most items in the online store. Your discount will be reflected automatically on those items when you are logged in using your membership log in details.

Q. Who do I contact regarding technical issues with the website or The Family?

Q. Where can I find my unique presale code?

A. You can find your unique ticket presale code on your account page when you are logged in.

Q. I've forgotten my password. How do I recover/change my password?

A. Migrate to the account page and click "Forgot Password". You will be redirected here.
